    Business Data

    Partner account, site, advertising, verification, pricing, support, and cooperation records may be processed to operate the partner platform.

    Risk Records

    We may retain logs, evidence, complaints, review notes, and communication history for security, disputes, compliance, and legal protection.

    Necessary Sharing

    We may share limited information with users, providers, advisers, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary.

    1. Scope

    These terms apply to information processed when you register a partner account, submit a site, request verification, buy or receive advertising exposure, communicate with Hvoy AI, or use partner features.

    The general Privacy Policy may also apply. If these Partner Privacy Terms conflict with the general Privacy Policy for partner-related processing, these terms control to the extent of the conflict.

    2. Information We May Process

    • Account information, including username, email, login status, security records, and account settings.
    • Site and advertising materials, including domain, service name, logo, description, screenshots, links, prices, model support, notices, promotions, support channels, refund rules, and region disclosures.
    • Verification and business materials you submit, including identity, company, contact, authorization, qualification, and review materials, subject to masking, encryption, or restricted access where appropriate.
    • Commercial cooperation records, including orders, placements, invoices, billing references, click records, attribution records, communication records, and settlement-related information.
    • Risk, security, and usage information, including IP-derived records, device and browser data, access logs, abuse signals, complaints, review notes, detection results, and moderation history.

    3. How We Use Information

    • Create and secure partner accounts, provide partner console functions, and communicate with you.
    • Review, list, rank, verify, label, advertise, recommend, display, monitor, or remove partner sites and materials.
    • Measure ads, clicks, traffic, attribution, campaign performance, abuse risk, quality signals, and user-facing reliability indicators.
    • Handle complaints, refunds escalations, legal notices, rights requests, user reports, regulator inquiries, and partner disputes.
    • Protect Hvoy AI, users, third parties, payment relationships, service providers, and platform reputation from fraud, abuse, legal risk, and security incidents.

    4. Public and User-Facing Display

    Information you submit or make public may be displayed on Hvoy AI pages, search snippets, share links, reports, rankings, ads, notices, partner pages, and related materials. Public or advertising information may be viewed, indexed, copied, saved, or discussed by users and third parties.

    You must not submit personal information, confidential information, or third-party materials unless you have all necessary rights, notices, and consents.

    5. Sharing

    We do not sell partner personal information. We may share limited necessary information with hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, payment or billing providers, verification providers, contractors, professional advisers, affiliates, and other service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, support, or improve the platform.

    We may disclose information to users, rights holders, upstream providers, payment providers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts, arbitral bodies, advisers, or transaction parties when reasonably necessary for dispute handling, legal compliance, enforcement, platform protection, user protection, business transfer, financing, restructuring, or similar purposes.

    6. Retention

    We may retain partner information for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, advertising records, attribution, billing, audit, security, dispute handling, legal protection, compliance, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and business records. Public, aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, backup, and archival records may be retained for longer where permitted by law.

    Deletion requests may be limited when information is needed for records, legal obligations, security, unresolved disputes, fraud prevention, or protection of Hvoy AI, users, or third parties.

    7. Your Responsibilities

    • Only submit information you are authorized to provide.
    • Keep partner account credentials secure and update contact and service information promptly.
    • Provide required notices and obtain required consents from your staff, users, customers, agents, and related persons before submitting their information.
    • Do not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated, or third-party personal information unless strictly necessary and lawfully authorized.

    8. Security and Disclaimer

    We use commercially reasonable safeguards for partner information. No platform, transmission, storage, email, third-party service, or public display is completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hvoy AI is not responsible for losses caused by partner submissions, public materials, third-party services, user actions, unlawful activity, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
