    AI gateway services are operated by independent third parties. They may change pricing, route traffic to different models, leak data, suspend service, or disappear after accepting prepaid balances. You must verify, test, and choose services yourself.

    Listings, rankings, checks, prices, notices, and recommendations are for reference only, not a guarantee of trust, safety, price, refundability, or long-term operation.

    Your Choice

    You are responsible for reviewing each destination, deciding whether to visit, pay, register, integrate, or continue using any third-party service.

    No Payment Protection

    Hvoy AI is not a party to your recharge, subscription, refund, account, key, or support relationship with any third-party gateway.

    1. Service Scope

    Hvoy AI provides information, tools, listings, rankings, notices, price references, and other content related to AI API gateways. The service is provided for general reference and convenience only.

    Any result, score, ranking, recommendation, notice, description, price, availability information, or other content shown by Hvoy AI is not a formal audit, certification, legal opinion, investment advice, payment advice, security guarantee, or service guarantee.

    2. Third-Party Gateway Risks

    Third-party gateways are outside our control. Even a gateway that appears normal today may later become unavailable, change terms, change pricing, change service quality, restrict accounts, lose support, or stop operating.

    • Service interruption, unstable quality, inaccurate promotion, changed availability, or changed product capability.
    • Unexpected pricing, abnormal deduction, missing refund, frozen account, payment dispute, or loss of prepaid balance.
    • Account, credential, data, privacy, compliance, or security risks caused by third-party practices.
    • Misleading pages, domain confusion, operator disappearance, terms changes, regulatory changes, or upstream policy changes.

    3. Your Responsibility

    You must make your own decision before visiting, recharging, subscribing to, or integrating any third-party service. Hvoy AI does not promise that any gateway is safe, honest, legal, solvent, or suitable for your use case.

    • Verify the destination domain, operator identity, terms, refund rules, and support channels.
    • Use low-risk accounts and credentials whenever possible.
    • Start with the smallest practical recharge and avoid keeping a large prepaid balance.
    • Do not send sensitive, confidential, regulated, or production data to a gateway unless you have independently reviewed its policies and risk controls.

    4. Detection and Ranking Limitations

    Information shown on Hvoy AI may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by factors outside our control. A high score, listing, ranking, notice, price, recommendation, or other favorable display does not mean the gateway is trustworthy, lawful, reliable, financially safe, or suitable for you.

    We may update, remove, reorder, correct, limit, or stop displaying any content at any time without separately notifying every user.

    5. External Links and Transactions

    External links lead to third-party websites. We do not control their pages, products, dashboards, accounts, payments, billing, API keys, refunds, customer support, or security practices.

    Any transaction, recharge, subscription, account operation, or dispute between you and a third-party gateway is solely between you and that third party.

    6. Prohibited Use

    • Do not use Hvoy AI to attack, disrupt, overload, abuse, deceive, or harm any person, system, service, or third party.
    • Do not submit information, credentials, content, or materials that you are not authorized to use.
    • Do not use the service for spam, fraud, illegal content, rights infringement, evasion of safety systems, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party terms.

    7. Availability and Changes

    We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, content, access, display rules, and availability. We may also restrict suspicious, abusive, unsafe, or legally risky use.

    8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

    The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hvoy AI disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, and error-free operation.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hvoy AI is not liable for losses caused by third-party services, user decisions, reliance on displayed information, account issues, payment disputes, credential misuse, data exposure, service interruption, lost profits, indirect damages, consequential damages, or similar losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid directly to Hvoy AI for the affected service, or USD 100 if the affected service was free.
